Customer Focus and Organizational Effectiveness of Money Deposit Banks in Nigeria

This paper examined the influence of Customer Focus on Organisational Effectiveness in money deposit banks in Nigeria. Customer Focus represents the independent variable. New Product Success, Employee Retention and Customer Satisfaction were used as measures of Organisational Effectiveness. 94 copies of the questionnaire were subjected to Data analysis. Data analyses were aided by the use of SPSS version 22.0 and hypotheses were tested using the Simple Regression method. The results revealed that there is a strong positive influence of Customer Focus on all the measures of Organisational Effectiveness (New Product Success, Employee Retention and Customer Satisfaction). It was concluded that there is a strong significant positive influence of Customer Focus on Organisational Effectiveness.
