These were achieved with using the computer-based programme – Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. The results showed management succession correlate with worker engagement measures. It was concluded that the adoption and practice of management succession advance outcomes which motivate and as such fosters feelings of placement and belonging in workers and contributes towards improved levels of worker engagement in commercial banks in the south-south of Nigeria.
